Year 10 Geographers got their hands dirty at Jack’s Cut planting over 700 trees to help create a woodland and orchard as part of the Ards – Bangor Greenway project.
Our dedicated eco-volunteers worked with North Down and Ards Council to make a really positive investment in their local environment.
The new greenway and woods will provide a safe, recreational area in which everyone can enjoy nature. Bangor Academy pupils can be proud to know they contributed.
Thanks to everyone who put their backs into the digging!
