Our Senior Sixth Form team is determined their generation can break the cycle of violence against women and girls.
This week they completed their White Ribbon Bystanders Training, and have learned to recognise and positively challenge misogynistic attitudes and behaviours both on the real world and on-line.
Depressingly, Northern Ireland has one of the highest femicide rates – but Bangor Academy’s Sixth Formers are informed allies in the action to end violence against women and girls.
