Today we marked the end of Miss Wilson’s teaching career including 28 years as HOD of the RE Department at the Academy. Her outstanding departmental leadership, intelligent professionalism on our Board of Governors and utterly sound friendship, advice, and support to her colleagues will be sorely missed. She has more than served her time and we wish her every happiness in her new namaste era.
Staying in teaching but moving to pastures new are Mrs Conlan and Ms Jones. We wish them both well in their new schools. Mr Gillespie and Ms Rodgers have completed their Coventry PGCE courses and leave us to begin their post-primary careers while Miss Waycott and Miss Brannigan leave the ranks of our CA team.
We will miss each and every one of our leavers but wish them every success for their futures.
